    In consideration of you being allowed to participate in discussion groups or chat forums and/or to post material on bulletin boards, you agree that you will not impersonate any other person or entity or use a false name that you are not authorised to use.

    Without prejudice to any other rights and remedies, the Women�s Health Council and/or its agents may suspend or terminate forthwith your right to participate in a discussion group or chat forum or post material on a bulletin board if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions or any of the terms of the Acceptable Usage Policy

    Please note that the Women�s Health Council has the ability to trace your IP address and if necessary contact your ISP in the event of a suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions or the Acceptable Usage Policy.
